Susan Dvonch

Susan Dvonch, Managing Partner at Shey-Harding, brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and management consulting. Joining Shey-Harding in 2003, she started as an associate working directly for the company founder, Deborah Shey Harding. With Deborah’s guidance, Susan successfully completed numerous executive search assignments for diverse clients across various industries. In 2007, she assumed the role of Managing Partner and has since led numerous C-level searches for both public and private sector clients across the United States.

Susan actively participates in industry organizations such as the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), the Association of Pacific Ports (APP), and the Propeller Club of Los Angeles/Long Beach She has been a featured speaker at numerous AAPA and APP events and is a regular contributor to the Journal of Commerce. Additionally, Susan shares her expertise as a guest lecturer at the Center for International Trade and Transportation (CITT) program at California State University, Long Beach. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and is a graduate of the Leadership Long Beach program, a civic improvement initiative in Long Beach, CA.
